Transport in Nepal
South of Nepal the bycicle is still the most used transport.
Many children use bycicles as school transport.

Local Bus
These are arguably the cheapest mode of transportation in Nepal but are too crowded for comfort. It is very likely that you will have to share your seats with poultries at times. Also, on occasions, be prepared to wait, as some buses will not move until full to a certain quota.

My favorite food.
My favorite food is made of a type of lentils soup knows as dhal, rice (bhat), and curried vegetables (tarkari). Bhat is a staple Nepalese food. It is delicious and soft, and it is very nourishing.

Nepalese foods are deeply influenced by Indian and Tibetan cuisine and consequently you can taste a wide variety of food during your stay. International foods from across the globe are particularly represented in restaurants in Kathmandu.
